Engineering Tool, Not Professional Advice
RHEON is a modelling and simulation aid. It does not replace professional engineering judgment, independent design review, safety review, regulatory analysis, laboratory validation, plant testing, or certification by qualified professionals.
User Responsibility For Results
All calculations, flowsheets, assumptions, AI-generated proposals, estimates, plots, and economics are provided for review and exploration only. Users are solely responsible for validating all inputs and outputs before using them for design, operation, investment, purchasing, safety, environmental, regulatory, or commercial decisions.
No Warranty
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHEON and KIVOSYSTEMS disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, non-infringement, and error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHEON and KIVOSYSTEMS are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages; lost profits; lost production; lost data; business interruption; engineering, procurement, construction, operating, environmental, safety, or compliance losses; or claims arising from reliance on the tool.
Data And Security
RHEON aims to keep user data safe and does not intentionally sell or share private workspace data for advertising. However, no system is perfectly secure. Users acknowledge that data transmission and storage carry inherent risk, and RHEON and KIVOSYSTEMS are not liable for breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use RHEON for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, harassment, attempts to bypass security, or submission of data they are not permitted to process. Users must not rely on RHEON as the sole basis for hazardous, safety-critical, regulated, or financial decisions.
User Content And Shared Flowsheets
Users retain responsibility for content they create, upload, publish, or share. Public flowsheets and shared links may be viewed by others. Users must ensure they have rights to disclose any information they publish or share.
Service Changes
Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
